As you plan your company holiday gatherings and celebrations, we’re excited to introduce a new outdoor holiday venue for your consideration.

In 2025, the Daymark Lawn at The Park at Eastern Wharf will be transformed into Santa’s Grotto from November 29th - December, 24th. This intimate, turnkey space just off the riverfront includes a pergola area perfect for Santa Visits or a holiday music trio. The space is 2,750 square feet and comfortably holds up to 100 people — but is also suitable for groups of 30 or less.

It will be decked in lights, fun holiday decor, a 9ft lighted Christmas tree as well as the following event set up options:

Rental includes:
• 10 high top 30” tables with bar stools and linens
•  folding tables, chairs and linens for guest check-in or serving
• Receptacles for trash
• Colored Par lights 
• Luminaire  pathway lanterns

Bring in your own food and beverage, or use one of our on-site partners! 10x10 and 10x20 tents, 50 wooden folding chairs and heat lamps are available upon request. 

Pricing begins at $500 for weekday rentals. Inquire about availability and pricing for weekend dates (Thursdays- Saturdays).
