Eastern Wharf Food Truck Festival Application
Thank you for your interest in the inaugural Eastern Wharf Food Truck Festival!
The festival will feature a range of curated food trucks designed to showcase the growing breadth and depth of Savannah's Food Truck Scene! Trucks will be selected by the festival committee. The festival will also feature a full day of curated live music.
The festival will take place on Saturday, November 16 from 12-6 p.m on the Savannah Riverfront in the large open parcel located at 102 Port Street Savannah, GA 31401. This unparalleled location regularly attracts 3,000 people for signature events. Eastern Wharf will execute a robust marketing plan in social media, press, print and other media to showcase and promote all participating food trucks.
All food trucks must be on site and ready to serve prior to 12 p.m. and must remain on site throughout the duration of the festival.
We appreciate a wide range of southern and global inspired cuisine that is best in class as well as trucks who offer a healthy meal option: vegetarian, vegan or low carb. Dessert trucks are welcome to submit. We really hate styrofoam. Please help us by using recyclable packaging!
We want attendees to be able to sample and experience a wide range of trucks throughout the day and would encourage small plate options, where feasible.
We will review all applications and will get back to you by September 1, 2024 regarding your application status. If accepted, you will receive a detailed agreement outlining all of the requirements to participate.
Food truck vendors will be charged $150.00 to participate.
Food trucks are limited to self-contained food trucks and must have proper Health Dept. certification and a business tax certificate from the county their truck is registered in. Trucks will be required to have quiet generators. All food trucks will be required to carry insurance and additionally insure Eastern Wharf as well as our partners.
